Wait…there are more ways to get involved!

  1. Do you have a talent you want to share with us? Photography, graphic design and event planning are just a few of the many professional skills we can use.
  2. Join the Bikur Cholim What’sApp group. Here, we post last-minute Bikur Cholim volunteer opportunities. There’s no commitment. But, if you are free and interested at the time of the post, it’s a great way to give back.
  3. Make your son or daughter’s mitzvah project a fundraising or chessed initiative for Bikur Cholim. It’s a win-win for everyone.
  4. Volunteer to fulfill your student’s required 40 hours of community service.
  5. Generate a volunteer project of your own in response to community need. If we can be of help, we’re happy to partner with you.

In memory of Mrs. Barbara Gross, a”h

Our volunteer program honors Mrs. Barbara Gross, a”h, who was an integral and beloved member of the Cleveland Jewish community and one of Bikur Cholim’s most dedicated volunteers. Her life revolved around performing acts of kindness. Wherever she saw a need, she invested time and effort to fill the gap, always with her signature care and sensitive touch. Barbara had a special gift for creative and artistic expression. She used these talents to assist the community and individuals alike.
