Here in Cleveland, we are so fortunate to live in a city that boasts some of the world’s best medical care, physicians and technology.
But, anyone going through a medical situation, no matter how big or small, needs support, a friendly face, and a shoulder to lean on. And, that’s our job. At Bikur Cholim, we provide “chesed” with a big heart. No request is too big or too small. If you need a meal, we’ve got you covered. If you need a ride, just ask. If you need medical equipment, we can help you with that too.
Our services are available 365 days a year, with services provided 24 hours a day. Our dedicated staff and volunteers work tirelessly to provide you with access to the physical, emotional and religious support you need to make your healthcare journey easier and a lot less stressful.
Our services for the community include but are not limited to:
- Kosher meals (weekdays, Shabbos, and Yomim Tovim holidays)
- Hospitality lounges at the major hospitals throughout Cleveland
- Medical equipment loans
- Advocacy services
- Visitation
- Transportation
- Translation services
- Senior programming through Gila
- Shabbos transportation line
